As of August 1st, I will be offering sessions exclusively online to clients in the Lower Mainland due to my relocation from Vancouver. In-person appointments will continue to be available at my new office in Terrace, BC. If you have already been seeing me online, almost nothing will change for us. My services will continue to be covered by your insurance provider as usual; the only change will be a new address on the receipts. If we have been meeting in person in Vancouver and you have any concerns or questions about transitioning to the online format, please do not hesitate to reach out to connect@kseniacounselling.ca. ⏰ Need an appointment sooner? Please, add yourself to the waitlist. If a cancellation occurs during the days/times you specify, you will receive an email notification. You can then choose to take the spot if you like. Please note that you might not get an opening, so I recommend booking one or more sessions as well.

🗒️ Couples Counselling. At this time, my couples counselling availability is limited to existing clients only, and the option to book a couples session is disabled on my calendar. If you have already been seeing me for couples work (even just for one session) and would like to book another session, please select an individual session in the booking system, and I will adjust it on my end.
